I have never turned that bolt in over 20 years of owning my tractor 5 am - 5 pm, Mon- SEARS, ROEBUCK CO., HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL 60179 U. It also is having trouble on hills like the belt that drives it is slipping and needs to also be adjusted, or does one adjustment take care of both, Any help greatly appreciated.
